Rodgers Becomes Shareholder in Kissinger & Fellman

Kissinger & Fellman Names Rodgers as Shareholder

DENVER (Dec. 2, 2013) – Kissinger & Fellman P.C. announced that attorney Nancy Cornish Rodgers has become a shareholder in the law firm.

Rodgers joined Kissinger & Fellman in 2006. She specializes in the fields of employment law, municipal law and commercial litigation. She earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law; her Master of Education Degree at the University of Georgia; and her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Colorado State University. She has extensive experience in both state and federal litigation and in working with public and private entities on their employment, contract and other business needs.

“Nancy Rodgers has established herself as a premier attorney in the field of employment law, and her expertise has added a valuable dimension to our law firm,” said Ken Fellman, partner of Kissinger & Fellman. “She is in high demand among organizations seeking speakers for their workshops and conferences about employment law and social media legal issues. We are pleased to make Nancy a fourth owner of the firm.”

The other shareholders are Ken Fellman, Jonathan Abramson and Rick Kissinger, the firm’s founder.

Rodgers previously worked for Netzorg, McKeever, Koclanes & Bernhardt; and before that, for the Mountain States Employers Council.

The announcement about Rodgers’ appointment follows other significant developments at Kissinger & Fellman intended to expand the law firm’s abilities to serve its clients. Kissinger & Fellman recently announced that it had added attorney Surbhi Garg to the firm’s roster; and had expanded into the Washington, D.C. area with the addition of attorney Lori Sherwood, who is providing government affairs, lobbying and communications services for the firm’s clients.
