EEOC Findings on Employment Discrimination Based on Pregnancy and Care-Giving

On February 15, 2012, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced its findings about widespread employment discrimination against pregnant employees and employees with care-giving responsibilities.
