Colleen McCroskey, Associate
AREAS OF PRACTICE:
Colleen McCroskey is an associate at the firm of Kissinger & Fellman, P.C. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Cincinnati in 2015 and her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2020.
Colleen’s practice focuses on broadband communications law and policy, local government law, cable television and public utilities franchising, local government/community broadband networks, right of way management, utilities regulation, administrative litigation, and employment law. She serves as General Counsel for the Colorado Communications and Utility Alliance.
