Ken Fellman, partner of Kissinger & Fellman P.C. and mayor of Arvada, Colo., has been appointed by Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter to serve on Ritter?s new Innovation Council, designed in part to increase deployment of broadband technology throughout the state.
