Ken Fellman of Kissinger & Fellman P.C. has been named as one of Law & Politics’ Colorado Super Lawyers, a list that represents the top 5 percent of Colorado attorneys.
Fellman specializes in telecommunications law, with additional emphasis on local government representation, community broadband deployment, cable television/utilities franchising, employment law, and commercial litigation. He is the elected mayor of Arvada, Colo., and serves as a director of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors. That organization honored him with its 1998 Member of the Year and 2006 President’s Special Recognition awards. A graduate of the University of Denver’s College of Law, he has written for Journal of Municipal Telecommunications Policy,The Colorado Lawyer, Wireless Week Magazine, and others.
